General information on our products
A) All the models shown are in accordance with the standards of the CEE for domestic lighting fixtures.
B) The description and sizes indicated are according to our standards but may be modified to size on client´s request.
C) The finished and technical specifications supplied in Spain may be altered for other markets.
D) We recommend cleaning the alabaster with a dry cloth.
General information on alabaster
1- It is a transparent natural stone
2- It is quarried and hand worked by skilled craftsmen in Spain.
3- Each natural stone is unique, with some having ‘veins’ and some without.
4- Lighting with alabaster gives a pleasant light and blends in with the interior.
5- Please insure that there is always a minimum distance of 1.5 inches (30 mm) between the light bulb and the surface of the alabaster.
6- Always handle the alabaster carefully.
7- Never use an abrasive agent to clean the alabaster.
8- We can make the piece according to your drawings, always keeping in mind the limitation of the stone’s height and diameter.
9- Aurora has their own alabaster quarries in the region of Aragon, Spain.
